Economic Law is the study of legal frameworks within an economic environment. Graduates of Economic Law possess a solid understanding of both business and civil law, enabling them to work in various positions across enterprises, organizations, and government agencies — including roles such as legal officer, lawyer, or even judicial positions like notary or bailiff.

The goal of the Economic Law program at the NIIE Institute is to prepare students for success not only in Vietnamese enterprises and public agencies, but also in foreign-invested companies and international organizations. At NIIE, the curriculum integrates both Vietnamese and international legal systems, equipping students with comprehensive legal knowledge, especially for doing business in a globally integrated economy.

Moreover, the program emphasizes real-world application through simulated court sessions, real legal case studies, and hands-on learning with legal experts, judges, and lawyers. These activities help students develop essential skills such as debate, legal analysis, and critical thinking.

A standout feature of the program is its enhanced English training, with six levels from beginner to B2 proficiency. Combined with bilingual instruction in legal subjects, students gain strong English skills — a competitive edge for their future careers.
