Business Administration

Studying Business Administration means acquiring the essential skills to organize, execute, and supervise business operations. Every company needs people who understand management and business. Every leader must master these skills. That’s why Business Administration graduates have a wide range of job opportunities and strong prospects for career advancement.

The Business Administration program at the NIIE Institute is designed to equip students with practical knowledge in various business domains: understanding the business environment (law, economics, taxation, etc.), managing resources (human resources, finance, logistics, etc.), operations (strategy, organization, operations, etc.), and business development (customer care, marketing, etc.).

In the third year, students can specialize in one of two fields:

  • International Business

  • Enterprise and Technology Management

What makes NIIE’s Business Administration program stand out is its use of advanced international textbooks, bilingual instruction in both English and Vietnamese, and a strong focus on real-world application. Students engage in case studies, business projects, company visits, and expert talks to bridge theory with practice.

In addition, the program puts strong emphasis on English language development, offering six progressive English classes from beginner level to B2 (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 – 6.0), empowering students to work confidently in international environments.

Duration: 3.5 years

Degree: Bachelor of Business Administration/International Business or Marketing issued by Nguyen Tat Thanh University.

Mode of study: Full-time

NOTE: The minimum quality assurance threshold applies to all admission methods for applicants graduating from 2026 onward: Total score of 3 subjects ≥ 15 points.

Applicants may apply through one of the following 5 methods:

Method 1: Admission based on the results of the 2026 National High School Graduation Examination according to subject combinations.

Method 2: Admission based on high school transcripts meeting one of the following criteria:

  • The average annual grade of 3 subjects (Grades 10, 11, 12) in the subject combination ≥ 18/30.
  • The average annual grade of subjects (Grades 10, 11, 12) in the subject combination combined with the National High School Graduation Exam score or Competency Assessment Test score ≥ 18/30.
  • Graduation evaluation score (as stated on the Graduation Certificate) ≥ 6/10.

Method 3: Admission based on the results of competency assessment tests conducted by Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam National University – Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.

Method 4: Admission based on a combined academic score calculated using the following formula:

Academic Score = (National High School Graduation Exam Score × 50%) + (High School Transcript Score × 40%) + (Competency Assessment Test Score × 10%)

Method 5: Direct admission and priority admission for students who have won prizes in National Excellent Student Competitions, National Science and Technology Competitions, ASEAN and international skills competitions; as well as international applicants who meet academic requirements or are nominated under official admission programs.
