After a very competitive Preliminary Round with close scores, the organizers of NIIE’s Got Talent have identified the 08 outstanding performances that will advance to the Face-Off Round on July 09, 2024.
The Judging Panel for the Face-Off Round includes:
- Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Vice President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU); Director of NTT Institute of International Education (NIIE)
- Dr. Nguyen Manh Hoang, Deputy Director of NIIE
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung Nghia, M.A, Head of the English Department at NIIE
- Mr. Ta Huu Hien, M.B.A, Lecturer at NIIE


In addition to the presence of the judging panel and the contestants, there was a large audience, cheering on the performances and creating a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere.

The program opened with a solo piano performance of “Beo Dat May Troi” by Mr. Tran Minh Duong, bringing emotions to the judges and the audience. The melodic and soothing notes painted a poetic and romantic scene, setting an inspiring and explosive tone for the “face-off” day.

In the modern dance performance “The Passion” by contestant Lam Nhac Hoa, the audience witnessed a unique display where the contestant danced blindfolded. This technique requires intensive practice and precise spatial awareness. The Kpop dance cover performance by alumna Nguyen Thi Thu Hang and her group Baddiez Squad captivated the audience with their fiery and impressive routine. The sharp and mesmerising dance moves earned enthusiastic applause from the audience and positive feedback from the judges.


A highlight of the Face-Off Round was the traditional dance “Lac Viet” by contestant Le Minh Hau. The performance, filled with pride for the homeland, showcased graceful and powerful movements. The meticulously prepared costumes and props, including a dragon dance, received resounding applause and admiration. The judges remarked that this performance was among the most surprising and exciting. They hope that “Que Huong” will make another appearance on the grand stage at the 15th Anniversary Celebration of NIIE.

The remaining contestants also received enthusiastic support from the audience. Their dedication to the art demonstrated the dynamic and passionate spirit of NIIE students.




After the Face-Off Round, the judges will provide objective evaluations and appropriate scores for each performance. Contestants who pass this round can perform on the stage of the 15th Anniversary Celebration of the NTT Institute of International Education at Nguyen Tat Thanh University on August 14, 2024.
