As part of the real-world business environment experience activities, on the 15th, 16th, and 17th of the recent month, the freshmen students of the NTT International Education Institute (NIIE) had the opportunity to experience securities business activities at the headquarters of Rong Viet Securities Joint Stock Company. This is a learning activity within the framework of the Macroeconomics course under the practical-oriented training model.
Welcoming the NIIE student delegation for the visit were extremely young, enthusiastic specialists from the ‘home’ of Rong Viet Securities. The freshmen students of NIIE not only learned about the formation and development process of the Company, Organizational Structure, but also expanded their knowledge about financial management, personal investment, and interesting stories surrounding the dynamic Financial – Securities field. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of expense management, savings, and early-stage investment to prepare for long-term goals, risk prevention, and achieving financial freedom. In addition, participating in this seminar, NIIE students also practiced basic stock trading transactions; instructed on using market research tools, smart stock evaluation developed by the Rong Viet expert team, making it easier to access financial markets.
Engaging students in accessing real-world business environments from the first year is part of the practical-oriented training model at NIIE, built on 15 years of experience in cooperation with many prestigious universities worldwide. Visiting Rong Viet Securities is part of the Macroeconomics course with the goal of integrating theory and practice, expanding knowledge about the financial system – economy in reality, the stock market, personal financial management, investment, and financial risk management. At the same time, this field trip is also an opportunity for students to apply practical skills, build a working attitude, and expand their network with industry experts.
