Despite the difficulties during the pandemic, Hospitality Management is assessed as a prospective field in the upcoming years. According to Vietnam’s Tourism Growth Forecast, by 2025, the country will need 950,000 – 1,050,000 hotel rooms, and by 2030, it will require 1,300,000 – 1,450,000 rooms. Therefore, in 2025, the demand for labor in the tourism accommodation sector will be over 800,000, and by 2030, it will surpass one million.
