On Dec 17th, NTT Institute of International Education (NIIE) – Nguyen Tat Thanh University held the Lecturer of the Year Awards Ceremony for the 2024–2025 academic year in a warm, intimate, and emotionally rich atmosphere. The event was a special occasion for NIIE to express sincere gratitude to outstanding lecturers—those who not only deliver knowledge, but also inspire, motivate, and accompany students throughout their journey of learning and personal growth.
The ceremony was honored by the presence of the Institute’s leadership board, including Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Vice President of Nguyen Tat Thanh University and Director of NIIE, and Dr. Nguyen Manh Hoang – Vice Director of NIIE. Also attending were the award-winning lecturers representing eight academic disciplines: Business Administration, Hotel Management, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering Technology, Economic Law, Accounting, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, and the English Department.
In his opening remarks, Dr. Nguyen Tuan Anh shared that throughout NIIE’s 15-year development journey, the Institute has remained firmly committed to a student-centered approach, in which lecturers play a pivotal role in guiding, inspiring, and continuously enhancing training quality. The annual Lecturer of the Year Awards serve as a meaningful tribute and recognition for dedicated lecturers who have consistently contributed to curriculum improvement and have walked alongside NIIE throughout its growth.
Each academic discipline presented two awards, including:
- Student Choice Award: Based on total votes from all current NIIE students
- Three-Criteria Award: Based on student feedback surveys, course quality, and professional working style
