Hotel Management is the study of managing, operating, and supervising hotel operations. This field is often referred to as “one major, many career paths”, as graduates are not only qualified to work in hotels but also in related industries such as tourism, food & beverage services, event management, and customer relations.

At the NTT Institute of International Education (NIIE), students study using international-standard curricula, gaining in-depth knowledge and practical skills in areas such as: Regional and international cultural understanding; Front office operations; Hotel operations; Customer service; Hotel management; Food & beverage management; Event organization.

A key strength of the program is its integrated English training, with six levels from beginner to B2 (equivalent to IELTS 5.5–6.0). Combined with bilingual instruction, this enables students to develop strong English proficiency, preparing them to work confidently in international hotel environments both in Vietnam and abroad.

Throughout the program, students also gain valuable real-world experience through industry visits, internships at leading hotel groups, and practical training in 5-star-standard simulation rooms. They also have the opportunity to take part in paid overseas internships, expanding their global exposure and career prospects.

Duration: 3.5 years

Degree: Bachelor of Hospitality Management issued by Nguyen Tat Thanh University.

Mode of study: Full-time.

Students need to meet the following requirements:

  1. Graduated from high school.
  2. Admission is based on one of the following methods:

Method 1:
Admission based on the 2025 national high school graduation exam results, using subject combinations as regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Method 2:
Admission based on academic transcripts, meeting one of the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 GPA: The total average score of three Grade 12 subjects in the chosen combination must be 18 or higher.
  • Combined Assessment: The total average score of three Grade 12 subjects in the chosen combination, combined with the national exam score or University Entrance Assessment (UEA) score, must be 18 or higher.

Method 3:
Admission based on results from University Entrance Assessments conducted by: Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam National University – Hanoi, V-SAT, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (or combined with national high school graduation exam results)

Method 4:
Admission via direct entry, priority admission, or nomination-based admission.
