On July 21, 2025, students of the NTT Institute of International Education (NIIE) took part in an energetic workshop titled “Mastering Content — From Core Strategy to Professional Craft.”
This was more than just a talk on content creation—it was a deep dive into the truths behind a profession often viewed as “hot and easy.” The workshop offered hands-on insights that helped students build a clearer mindset and career direction in the competitive world of content creation.
The guest speaker was Ms. Khanh Nguyen, Founder & CEO of KA Content Digital Marketing. With more than 25 years of experience in media and advertising, and over 5 years leading KA Content, she has successfully executed more than 200 campaigns for 50+ major brands. Ms. Khanh is also a judge for several prestigious creative competitions and the founder of the thriving Facebook community “Content Khó Ló Idea” with over 97,000 members, dedicated to sharing knowledge, inspiration, and creativity in content.

Opening the session, Ms. Khanh posed a bold question: “Is content creation really as hot as you think?” This sparked an engaging discussion on the current state of the content industry—where opportunities and intense competition go hand in hand.
She pointed out that beyond constant creativity, content professionals must have a deep understanding of the product, the customer, and the market they serve.
NIIE students were guided through common challenges in the content field: running out of ideas, writing dull or unfocused pieces, or crafting long content that misses the point. Ms. Khanh emphasized the importance of professional mindset—knowing how to define a core content strategy, going deep into brand uniqueness, and crafting stories that truly resonate with customers on an emotional level.
Beyond theory, Ms. Khanh shared survival tips every content creator should embrace:
- Read extensively across marketing, literature, and creativity
- Practice writing across various topics regularly and with speed
- Draw inspiration from reputable websites, fanpages, or join specialized courses in Content Marketing.
Many students admitted that the session changed their perspective on the profession:
“I used to think that being a content creator was just about writing posts for social media. But now I realize this job requires strategic thinking, strong research skills, and consistent creativity. The workshop made me see that I need to keep improving myself if I want to go far in this career.” — shared Minh Hien Vo, NIIE student.
The “Mastering Content — From Core Strategy to Professional Craft” workshop concluded with both inspiration and actionable knowledge, leaving a strong impression on all participants. It didn’t just clarify what Content Marketing truly is—it fueled students’ motivation to boldly pursue their passion and equip themselves with the mindset, skills, and determination needed to shine in this ever-evolving creative industry.
