On December 27, during the practical session of the Food and Beverage Management course, with the dedicated support from Professor Rok Pintar, K20 students majoring in Hotel Management successfully organized the NIIE Buffet Lunch – Year End Party to conclude the old year 2023. The event was attended by special guests, including professors, academic advisors, and NIIE personnel.
The special guests of this Buffet Lunch included the teaching and administrative staff at NIIE: Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung Nghia, Head of English Department; Ms. Vo Thi Tu Quyen, Head of Admissions; Mr. Andries Frederick Dreyer, English and Specialized Subject Lecturer; Mr. Peter Jae Jung, English and Specialized Subject Lecturer; Ms. Ho Minh Ngan, English Lecturer; Ms. Joan Pauline De Jesus, English Lecturer; along with other professors and lecturers in the academic and admissions departments.
The professionalism and investment of the party were clearly demonstrated in the smallest details. The invitations were entirely handwritten and decorated, creating a unique and special feel for the party. The setup of the space and table arrangement was carefully and delicately prepared, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Additionally, the selected utensils were meticulously chosen and sophisticated, suitable for each purpose of serving the dishes. All these aspects clearly conveyed the solemn yet friendly atmosphere of the Year End Party that the students aimed for, creating a memorable experience for the esteemed professors, and attending guests.
Regarding the food and beverages of the party, it was nothing short of impressive. Prepared with passion and dedication to the craft, K20 students brought distinctive dishes with a complete range from appetizers, soups, main courses to desserts. Each dish played a crucial role in the Buffet Lunch – Year End Party, contributing to the completeness of the experience. Not only delicious, but each dish was also visually appealing and creative. Just by looking at each dish, we could easily sense the sophistication and dedication of the professional ‘chefs’ from K20 Hotel Management at NIIE.
Buffet Lunch – Year End Party 2023 was a final highlight to conclude the year 2023 with many memories. Through every small detail, students seemed to express that the party was not just a practical session for the course but also a profound expression of gratitude and appreciation to their beloved professors and advisors. The students successfully brought positive emotions and memorable moments to all the guests. Hopefully, through Buffet Lunch – Year End Party 2023, students will accumulate more knowledge and new experiences, create higher-quality parties imbued with a richer cultural essence, and contribute to building a more solid career foundation for the future.
